Patrick Lehmann, Owner
Patrick Lehmann, CEO and owner of Key Marine Americas, has more than three decades of experience in the sea bunker and brokering business.
Patrick’s career began in 1984 as a trader and supplier for Petrole Ocean in Paris, France. He started at an entry-level position, doing office management and accounting work and during his eight years there, worked his way up to become a trader and broker.
In 1992 Patrick started working at Copemer, also out of Paris. Here he broadened his experience and worked as broker on a worldwide basis and eventually became a partner in the business.
Patrick took his interest in brokering with him when he moved to the US in 2000, where he started work with Sea Bunkering Americas. For the next twelve years, Patrick worked primarily with people in the western hemisphere.
Then in 2012, it was time for another change and Patrick began work as a broker and trader with Cockett Marine US / Sea Marine Fuels. At Cockett Marine, Patrick used his years of experience to become manager of the US office, and after that president of the company.

In 2017 Patrick decided it was time for a new challenge — to start his own firm. Patrick’s goal with his new company was to provide his clients the high-quality, personal service of a small business AND the extensive knowledge and experience available from someone who’s been in the business for decades.
